End to end

Concept & talent

The idea and the line-up, built together so the talent serves the moment, not the other way round.

Production

Suppliers, run-of-show and on-the-day delivery, coordinated under one lead.

Guest experience

The details guests remember, managed with the same care as the headline act.

One accountable lead

One founder-led point of contact from planning to delivery: the accountability of a single consultant, no subcontractor chains, no broken handoffs.

Who books artists and manages events in Amman?

In Amman, an event with talent in it is usually split between two suppliers: an events company that hires the artist through a middleman, and an agent who leaves the production to others. Bear.Co runs both sides under one accountable lead, from concept and artist or creator sourcing to suppliers, run-of-show and guest experience, in Jordan and the GCC.

The line-up is not an afterthought added to a venue booking. Mohammad Riyal, the founder, has spent seven years in the creator economy, so talent is chosen with the brief, the audience and the production in mind, and negotiated directly, without a chain of intermediaries between you and the artist.

What we run in Amman and the GCC

The formats differ. The discipline behind them does not.

  • Product and brand launches: the room, the story and the right faces in it, planned so that any coverage comes from the room itself rather than from staging.
  • Galas and award nights: guest lists, seating, hosts and performers, red carpet and run-of-show, timed to the minute.
  • Brand activations and pop-ups: creator-led moments in retail, festival and campus settings across Jordan and the Gulf.
  • Talent-led productions: concerts, showcases and branded content days where the artist or creator is the reason people come.

How this differs from a chain of subcontractors

The usual model in Jordan looks like this: a client hires an events company, the events company calls an agent for talent, the agent calls the artist's manager, and the sound, stage and catering suppliers are booked separately. Every handoff is a place where a brief loses detail and a delay finds a home. When something slips at eight in the evening, each party can point to another.

One name on the contract

With Bear.Co you deal with one lead, founder Mohammad Riyal, who has worked on the talent side of this business for seven years. Talent is sourced and negotiated directly, suppliers are briefed from the same document, and one run-of-show governs the day. If a performer's slot moves, the lighting cue, the host's script and the guest flow move with it, because the same person is holding all three.

Talent chosen for the room, not for the slide

Bear.Co keeps The Forest Ledger, a private creator-intelligence system, so the creators and hosts proposed for an activation are checked against researched profile data before a name goes into the plan. That is a different starting point from a list of whoever happens to be available that week.

In numbers

  • 7 years in the creator economy
  • 150+ brand deals negotiated
  • 1,000+ talents worked with
  • 20+ media features
  • 19,238 creator and talent profiles across 21 markets in The Forest Ledger, 5,989 of them located in Jordan, 5,254 of those individual creators (August 2026, aggregate figures only)

The first four figures are Mohammad Riyal's personal professional record from seven years in the creator economy, before and alongside founding Bear.Co in Amman in late 2025. The Ledger figures describe Bear.Co's private research system and are shared only in aggregate. The Jordan count includes only profiles whose own profile confirms Jordan.

The fewer hands a brief passes through, the more of it survives to the night itself. I would rather hold it end to end, and be the one you call, than sit at the front of a chain.

What to send to start

A short note is enough to open the conversation. Useful to include:

  • The occasion and its purpose: launch, gala, activation or production, and what it needs to achieve.
  • Date or date range, city, and the venue if one is already chosen.
  • Expected guest count and who the guests are.
  • Whether talent is central to the idea, and any names or profiles already under discussion, which stay confidential.
  • Your working budget, so the plan is drawn to fit it rather than the other way round.
  • Anything already committed: venue, sponsors, agency partners or a date on a public calendar.

You then receive a first read: what is realistic, where the risks sit and what a single-lead plan would look like. Enquiries are read by the founder and stay private.

Common questions

Do you work like an events agency?

We manage events end to end under one founder-led lead: the accountability of a single consultant, not a chain of subcontractors.

What do you handle?

Concept, talent sourcing, production and guest experience for launches, galas and talent-led productions across the GCC and Levant.

Do you also book the artist, or only run the event?

Both. Artist and creator sourcing is handled directly by the founder, and the same lead runs production and guest experience, so the line-up and the show are planned together rather than by two separate suppliers.

How early should we get in touch?

Galas and talent-led productions with named performers benefit from several months of lead time; smaller launches and activations can move faster. Send the date early and the plan is drawn around what is realistic for it.
