Talent Advisory for Creators and Artists in Jordan, the Levant and the GCC

Building a career in the creator economy takes more than visibility. It takes positioning, the right partnerships and introductions that compound over time. Bear.Co is a founder-led talent advisory and consulting firm in Amman, working directly with creators, artists and public figures across Jordan, the Levant and the GCC to shape what comes next: the right brand deal, the right move, the right narrative. Every recommendation is founder-led and backed by seven years of regional relationships.

What talent advisory means here

Positioning

We define what you stand for and who you're for: the foundation every deal and decision is measured against.

Partnerships

We help you choose partnerships that build equity, not just pay a fee, and turn one collaboration into the next.

Introductions

Direct, warm introductions to the brands and platforms that matter: relationships, not cold lists.

How we work

Founder-led, discreet and evidence-based: advice and access, not a roster you get lost in. Our counsel is grounded in a private creator-intelligence system, the Forest Ledger, so recommendations are backed by what the regional market actually rewards.

Who helps creators and artists in Jordan manage their careers?

In Jordan, most creators and artists manage themselves, or lean on a friend, a family member or an agency that also represents dozens of others. Bear.Co is a third option: a founder-led talent advisory in Amman that gives you direct counsel on strategy, deals and introductions across Jordan and the GCC, without taking you onto a roster.

Is this a manager or an agency?

Neither. A manager runs your day to day and takes a share of what you earn. An agency holds a roster and sells that roster to brands. Bear.Co holds no roster and does not represent you exclusively. You keep your name, your contracts and your relationships. What you get is advice and access: a second opinion before you sign, a clear view of what the regional market rewards, and a warm introduction when one is warranted.

What deal counsel looks like

When an offer arrives, we read it with you: scope, usage rights, exclusivity, timing, payment terms and what the brand actually needs. We say when to accept, when to negotiate and when to walk away. If you want us in the room for the negotiation, we join. If you would rather handle it yourself, you go in prepared.

What introductions look like

Introductions are made one at a time, to a named person, with context on both sides. We introduce only when we believe both parties would want the conversation. No cold lists, no mass emails.

What the first month looks like

  • Week one: a long conversation about where you are, what you want and what you will not do. We look at your channels, your audience and your past deals together.
  • Week two: a written positioning note covering what you stand for, who you are for, and which categories and markets fit. Reviewed with you until it reads true.
  • Weeks three and four: a short list of partnership types and brand categories to pursue, a plan for the next quarter, and, where the fit is right, the first introductions.

After that, most people keep a standing conversation: a call when an offer arrives, a review each quarter, an introduction when the moment is right. Some come for a single decision only. Both are fine.

In numbers

  • 7 years in the creator economy
  • 150+ brand deals negotiated
  • 1,000+ talents worked with
  • 20+ media features
  • 19,238 creator and talent profiles across 21 markets in The Forest Ledger, Bear.Co's private creator-intelligence system
  • 5,989 profiles located in Jordan, of which 5,254 are individual creators (August 2026, aggregate figures only)

The first four figures are Mohammad Riyal's personal professional record over seven years in the creator economy, not Bear.Co client claims. Bear.Co itself was founded in Amman in late 2025. The Ledger figures describe the research behind the advice, not results. The Jordan count includes only profiles whose own profile confirms Jordan.

Most of the creators I meet do not need someone to run their lives. They need one honest read on the deal in front of them, and a door opened at the right time. That is the work.

Who this is not for

Talent advisory is for people who already have a body of work and want to make better decisions about it. It is not the right fit if:

  • You want day-to-day management: replies, calendar, invoicing, a percentage of everything. That is a manager's job, and we can tell you what to look for in one.
  • You want a guaranteed number of deals or followers. We do not promise outcomes.
  • You are at the very start, with no work to show yet. Build first, then come and talk.

Common questions

Is Bear.Co a talent agency or a management company?

Neither in the traditional sense. Bear.Co is a founder-led talent advisory and consulting firm: direct strategic counsel and warm introductions for creators and artists, without the roster or the management overhead. Advice and access, not representation.

Who do you work with?

Creators, artists and public figures across the GCC and Levant who want to build a durable career, not just short-term visibility.

Do you act as a manager for artists and creators?

Not a manager in the traditional sense, and not an influencer-management company holding a roster. Bear.Co gives creators, artists and public figures direct counsel and warm introductions: we help you choose deals, partners and the next move, and stay beside you in negotiation when needed, without exclusive representation.

Do you work with creators and artists outside Amman?

Yes. Most of the people we advise are in Jordan, but the counsel and introductions extend across the Levant and the GCC, and conversations happen by phone or video as often as in person in Amman.

What should I bring to a first conversation?

Your channels, any offers or contracts you are weighing, and an honest account of what you want the next two years to look like. You do not need a media kit or a deck; we would rather see the real thing.
